Our property is a detached private house in a quiet close with private parking outside.
We have security cameras 24/7 inside public areas and outside the property.
When Booking with Booking.com the Bedsit using the Genius account you can get a 15% discount.
Discount available if you have already used Booking.com before.
Normal price £57.00.
Smoke alarms are fitted thoughout the house and all fire precautions are maintained.
Free fast Broadband available throughout the house.
COVID - 19
COVID -19 remains a high risk and after each visit our rooms and cleaned.
Making up your bed each day is no longer done by us but bin liners etc are replaced each day.
A Non refundable booking policy is now in place.
SINGLE BED
The single room is up one fight of stairs and has a private shower room.
Also you have the breakfast room. We provide a continental style breakfast within the price of the room.
Towels provided.
(So not a cooked breakfast).
You have Bedroom, Private Bathroom and Breakfast room use during your stay.
SINGLE BEDSIT
The single bedsit has an ensuite toilet, powerful 10.5 Kw electric shower unit and is downstairs by the front door.
We provide a continental style breakfast within the price of the room. Towels provided.
(So not a cooked breakfast).
Remember 15% discount is available on this room if you are a Booking.com customer.
A fridge freezer, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Electic twin cooking hob, Smart TV, Coffee Machine, Toaster, Hair Dryer, Room Safe, Iron and Ironing Board, plus all you would need to do meals.
